AB Securitas (Pvt) Ltd, the leading private security and secure transport service provider in Sri Lanka hosted their Service Excellence Awards Ceremony on Saturday 30th May 2015 in recognition of the dedicated long service of its employees. The ceremony was graced with the presence of Deputy Chairman of the Abans Group Mr. P N Pestonjee as the Chief Guest, where other Directors of AB Securitas and Senior Management of Abans Environmental Services and ABS Courier (Pvt) Ltd also patronized the event as special invitees. Employees who have completed 10 years and above service with the Company were awarded with special appreciation Service Certificates and attractive rewards under the categories of 10 , 15 and 20 Years Long Standing Service. The function was organized by the Welfare Society of AB Securitas (Pvt) Ltd under the guidance of Assistant General Manager Mr. Chamara Waduge. Employees were given the opportunity to express their feelings on the tenure with AB Securitas where the experiences were shared on how they contributed from the humble beginning of the company in 1994 to where it is today to become a leading private security and secure transport provider in the country. AB Securitas (Pvt) ltd is a leading private security and loss prevention solutions provider in Sri Lanka and Bangladesh to a diverse customer base. The Company commenced operations in year 1994 and it is one of the first Sri Lankan security companies to obtain ISO 9001 certification for quality management and only Security Company to posses BS OHSAS 18001 Certification for health and safety which is a clear indication of its commitment towards the wellbeing of its employees and customers.
